Shipping Policy

At Kaluza, we aim to ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible. As a small, independent brand, we pride ourselves on fast dispatch and transparent service. This policy outlines how we handle deliveries within the UK and internationally, including order processing, tracking, fulfilment methods, and customs responsibilities.

Order Fulfilment

We aim to dispatch all orders same day or next working day wherever possible. However, during busy periods or in rare cases of disruption, please allow up to 1–3 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.

Orders are shipped directly from our registered business premises, or via trusted fulfilment partners such as Amazon, depending on what ensures the best delivery experience for you.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of reliable courier partners — including Royal Mail, Evri, and Amazon delivery services — to get your order to you efficiently. We choose the best option based on your location, order contents, and current courier performance.

Shipping charges are flat rate and clearly displayed at checkout. While we don’t guarantee exact delivery dates, most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking

Although we aim to send all orders using tracked delivery services, there may be rare occasions — such as human error, courier limitations, or system issues — where a parcel is sent without tracking. In such cases, we’ll still ensure your item is dispatched promptly and will support you in the event of any delivery issues.

When tracking is available, you will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping & Customs

We offer international delivery to selected countries.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Kaluza is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us at info@kaluzabrand.co.uk and we’ll look into it as quickly as possible.
