Martin Kaluza, the founder of Kaluza, has been around golf for most of his life. Growing up in Staffordshire, he spent countless hours at Greenway Hall and Westwood Golf Club, learning the game, enjoying the challenge, and soaking up the community that golf creates. Those early days left a lasting impression, shaping his love for the sport and planting the seeds for what would later become Kaluza.
Fast forward to December 2024, and that small idea turned into reality. It started with bamboo golf tees — simple, sustainable, and designed to stand out. But Martin’s vision didn’t stop there. Within months, the brand had expanded into bold polo shirts, premium hoodies, performance caps, and unique accessories like our signature Trueline® ball markers. What makes Martin’s journey special is how personal it is. He never set out to compete with the biggest names in golf apparel. Cornwall is now home to Kaluza, with Cape Cornwall Club becoming the heart of the brand. From early pre-orders at the pro shop to sponsoring the Cornwall Golf Union and supporting junior golf, Martin has kept Kaluza close to the game and close to its players. And while Cornwall has been a huge part of the brand’s journey, Martin has never forgotten his Staffordshire roots. It’s part of what makes Kaluza unique — a Cornish brand with Staffordshire heritage.

Martin sums it up best:“I knew I wasn’t going to be a professional golfer, but I wanted to leave my mark on the game in another way. Kaluza isn’t just about clothing — it’s about community, confidence, and connection. That’s what golf has always given me, and that’s what I want to give back.”
